The U.N. Security Council unanimously approves a statement demanding that Iran suspend uranium enrichment.

I can do no further than to repeat what I said in my last article on Iran. I firmly believe we cannot punish Iran for something we have no proof that they are thinking about doing some time in the future...

No, not the SXSW (I'd wish) rather than the annual spring conference of the political party. And even though it means me having to leave home at 05:40am I'm really, really looking forward to it.

Slobodan Milosevic has died

Relata refero, Milosevic has died in his cell. Milosevic's death comes at the end of a relatively long line of important political deaths. Yasser Arafat, Rafic Hariri, John Paul II and additionally the falling ill of Ariel Sharon.

How is this shift of generations going to affect world politics?
