Apple admits Nano faults

| | Comments (0)
BBC reports that some Nanos have problems with the screen... I'll retreat my hatred towards Andy's new iPod Nano (After all, it did survive Rita) - and wholeheartedly wishing that his is not of the (few, Apple seems keen to remark) affected...

Opera 8.5 Free

| | Comments (3)
Well, well, well... Opera joins the gang.., the gang of free web browsers that is... It's quite a long time since Microsoft gave up on having it's users pay for services rendered, and Netscape - well, lets just say they went to the extremes with becoming an open-source project at the birth of Firefox.

And by the way - you'll be looking at the very first JorgenArnor.com Podcast in a matter of very short time...

Firefox 1.5 Beta 1

Ok, after a good few Aplha copies, now's the first beta of Firefox 1.5 - better known as Deer Park. I haven't had the time to test it properly, yet of course (after all it is 7 o'clock in the morning) - but by the looks of it, it all looks good. I do notice the same color glitch on JorgenArnor, and that the searchbar looks like hell, but hey - that's all the same from last time around...

A New Day - A Fresh Tiger-Install

| | Comments (1)

OK, as I couldn't find any other solution to my Icon-problem, I now have to do a fresh Tiger-install... There's no better way to start the day... NOT!

All on the eve of the big Apple-day...

iPod Nano

| | Comments (7)

I've got to say - the iPod nano is probably the sexiest (my girlfriend doesn't think I should call iPods sexy, for some reason...) iPod yet. Especially the black one.

Now, why don't I sell my soul to the devil to get one, then?

Have No Fear, the iPhone is Here!

Or is it 'do fear, the iPhone is here'? Looking at Motorola's ROKR E1, my immediate thought was: “Well, let's just say it's not designed by 'Apple in California'”...

AppleMatters asked if this was really what Steve Jobs said was going to revolutionize the IT-world, but then again - AppleMatters tend not to like anything Apple does, so I don't take that statement into much consideration.

iTunes 5

| | Comments (0)

Apple has released iTunes 5, and I've got to say - it's closing up to perfection. We've finally got the ability to collect our playlists in folders (there has been rumors of this going around the net for a long time), the interface looks lovely (as you know, I absolutely hate the 'brushed metal'-look, and iTunes has needed a tuneup for a long time!)

Well, it didn't take me long to f**k up...

Most of my icons are gone! That's the short of it.

Folder icons and some other icons are no longer visible. The space where my icons used to be are not clickable, though when I select the file/folder, the background shade appears.
