Plaza Tower, Oslo
When they say five stars; they mean FIVE STARS! 70Nkr (≈$10) for a 5cl bottle of Liqueur?!
I'm on the 31st floor of the Oslo Plaza Hotel... Love it! :P
So far today; I've been having lunch in the Norwegian parliament; tried very hard to look like a terrorist, whilst walking slowly past the American ambassy (unsucsessfully, alas), and of course relaxed in the room...
Perhaps it's time for a $6 box of 33cl CocaCola?
The secret is to drink the coke and eat the chocolate and those neat small packs of chips or nuts and later replace it with stuff you buy for a third of the price at the grocery store down the street…
Well, the only problem is, Oslo Plaza is probably run by the KGB or something, because the minibar is rigged, to send a message, each time I remove something;- and then charge it to my bill…
Besides - there is something so luxurious by having someone other than a dog fetching my slippers for me, that makes it all worth it… =)
